If it’s software, we assess it. Regardless of language, regardless of environment, be it power grids, video games, fintech, Hollywood movie rendering algorithms, telco infrastructure, aeronautics systems, accounting packages, telematics, fraud detection, health care, adtech, or new programming languages and operating systems themselves – we assess it. If it's code, we asses it.

HARDWARE

If it’s hardware, we assess it. Be it IoT devices, heavy machinery interfaces, medical signal carriers, physical security monitors, bionics and human augmentation, handheld controllers, silicon fabrication, or the design and implementation of integrated circuits or other hardware itself, we asses it. If it runs on electricity and understands 1’s and 0’s, we assess it.

PRIVACY

If it's tech compliance with privacy laws, we assess it. Be it consent demonstration, off-label/rogue processing, anonymization/deidentification, non-discrimination, by-row personal data, leveraged privacy regimes, or imposed personal data, and myriad other compliance issues, we assess it. If it relates to the intersection of tech and privacy law, we assess it.

MACHINE LEARNING
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

If it’s ML/AI, we assess it. Be it in health care, advertising, cyber threat detection, NLP, fraud detection, computer vision, identity resolution, predictive maintenance, credit risk, learning systems, sentiment analysis, or pattern recognition. If it makes (or claims to make) complex decisions, we assess it.
